What is the booking process?

Contact us by filling out the form here. Once we have confirmed that we are available the day of your wedding we will schedule a call to go over your wedding details. We also take this time to answer any questions you may have regarding the wedding packages or any of our services.


How far in advance should we book our wedding videography services?

We recommend that most of our couples book their wedding videography services at least 9 months in advance. This timeframe allows plenty of time to manage payments, leading to a more relaxed and stress-free wedding planning experience.


How many hours of coverage do I need for my wedding day?

The amount of coverage you need depends on the specific moments you want captured. For couples looking to have coverage starting from the ceremony onward, our 6 to 8 hour packages are ideal. However, if you want to include getting ready footage, first looks, and extensive reception coverage, we recommend our 10 to 12 hour packages.

Our 10-hour package is particularly popular, as it allows us to document most of the reception. Even if we can’t stay until the very end, we can arrange for a mock exit to capture that special moment. This ensures you have beautiful memories of your entire day.


Should I add another videographer to my package?

If your guest count is over 250 or if you have a large wedding party, we recommend adding an additional videographer to your package. This will allow us to stay on schedule the day of the wedding. Having two videographers will also allow us to capture multiple angles during the ceremony and other important moments the day of your wedding.


Difference between the highlight video and Documentary Video?

The Highlight Video can be considered a trailer or recap of your wedding day. You can view a few examples by clicking here. This video can range from 4-8 minutes.

The Documentary Video includes the full length ceremony and speeches given during the reception.


How do payment plans work?

To reserve your wedding date, a retainer of $800 is required. The remaining balance can be paid in monthly installments leading up to your wedding. Please note that an 8.25% sales tax will be included on the invoice.


Is there any additional fees?

We are happy to offer wedding coverage throughout Houston and nearby cities with no additional travel fees. For celebrations taking place in the Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio areas, a flat $300 travel fee applies. Any travel-related details will always be reviewed during your initial consultation to ensure complete clarity. Please note that all listed prices are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
